Practical consulting, professional development, and resource support grounded in more than 15 years of early childhood experience.

Launch Years Consulting Services provides practical consulting, professional development, and resource support for childcare professionals, educators, families, and organizations working with young children.
We understand that supporting children and running quality childcare programs requires more than good intentions. It requires effective systems, knowledgeable teams, thoughtful environments, and strategies that can be applied in real-world settings.
Our work brings together early childhood education, childcare management, inclusive practice, child development, behaviour guidance, and professional learning to help clients move from challenges to practical solutions.
Whether you are opening a childcare centre, strengthening your operations, supporting your team, navigating the needs of a child, or looking for professional development, Launch Years provides guidance designed to help you move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

We believe every child deserves meaningful opportunities to learn, participate, belong, and thrive.
We also believe the adults supporting children deserve practical tools, knowledgeable guidance, and professional support that respects their experience and meets them where they are.
Our goal is simple: help you build stronger programs, strengthen professional practice, and create better outcomes for children and families.

Experience rooted in early childhood practice.
Launch Years Consulting Services was founded by Georgele Weller, Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE), an early childhood professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting children, families, educators, and childcare programs.
Georgele’s career has included leadership and direct-service roles as an Early Childhood Education Director, Registered Early Childhood Educator, Resource Consultant, and Vice-Principal. These experiences have provided her with a broad understanding of what it takes to support children while also building strong teams, effective programs, and responsive childcare environments.
She holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education with Honours and a Resource Consultant Certificate with High Honours. Her professional experience spans child development, inclusive practice, behaviour and guidance, family collaboration, early learning environments, childcare operations, staff development, and professional learning.

Georgele believes that effective support starts with understanding the people and circumstances behind the challenge.
Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, she works collaboratively with clients to understand their goals, identify practical opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies that can be used in everyday practice.
Her approach combines professional knowledge with real-world experience, helping clients turn ideas, challenges, and requirements into practical next steps.
Whether supporting a childcare centre owner preparing to open a new program, coaching educators through professional challenges, or helping families identify resources and supports, Georgele brings the same commitment to every engagement:
